Dr. J. Blake Boring DAOM, L. AC., DIPL O.M and I own Smoky Mountain Natural Wellness LLC (SMNW). I am a licensed acupuncturist and practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in Tennessee and Florida. I graduated from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine (ATOM) in 2018 with a master's in TCM and a bachelor's in natural health sciences. I obtained my doctorate in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from ATOM in 2020. I grew up in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee and moved to Florida in 2015 to pursue my passion for natural healing. I am passionate about helping people map out and achieve their health goals through TCM, diet, and fitness.

This membership includes a personalized acupuncture or health consultation for 1 hour each month, a locked-in rate for any additional treatments needed during the same month, a herbal reorder concierge service, priority access to high-quality herbal formulas tailored to your needs, and free phone/text consultations to ensure that your herbal orders align with your treatment plan. Additionally, you'll receive exclusive resources, such as a curated diet, nutrition, and exercise program, as well as health curriculum packages with expert tips and actionable guidance to support your overall wellness journey.
The health curriculum focuses on 12 aspects of your health, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, digestion, inflammation, hormonal health, metabolic health
supplementation, stress management, skin health and anti-aging, specific health conditions, and environmental toxins. Each month, we will focus on a different aspect of health, with different goals and steps for each week. We’ll focus on improving each of these aspects with low-cost or no-cost solutions that are manageable and tailored to your needs. This curriculum is done at your own individual pace and will be facilitated via a phone call or text so you do not have to come in each week for this.

Rejuvenation Therapy Treatment powered by Healthy Wave Mats
Includes a 5 therapy wellness solution that has key therapies to promote healing and circulation. The therapy mats offer far-infrared heat, pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF), photon light rejuvenation, negative ions, and natural crystals.
